🖥️ IE HCR Services LLC – Office Technology & Network Installation

  • The issue: IE HCR Services LLC was setting up a new office space and needed reliable technology infrastructure. The project required new TVs, monitors, and structured cabling to be installed and tested, while also verifying the quality of work performed by other contractors.
  • The solution: I installed 5 new TVs throughout the office, properly mounted and configured. I terminated and tested 42 Ethernet cables to ensure secure, high‑speed connections. In addition, I installed 40 monitors at workstations and conducted a full inspection of the other contractors’ work to confirm everything was completed to standard.
  • The result: IE HCR Services LLC received a fully functional office setup with verified cabling, reliable displays, and tested networking — ensuring their team could move in and begin operations without delays or technical issues.

Global Connect Communications – Website & Branding Revival

  • The issue: Their website had been down for more than 5 years due to negligence from a former employee.
  • The solution: Recovered the lost data, rebuilt the site design, updated their branding, and migrated everything to my hosting servers.
  • The result: A modern, reliable website with 99.9% uptime and a faster, cleaner user experience — restoring trust with their clients.

🧾 Merchants United – Saving on Credit Card Processing Fees

  • The issue: Many small businesses in Charleston and beyond were paying 2.0%–3.2% per transaction to credit card processors, with hidden fees and confusing statements — significantly cutting into their margins.
  • The solution: I partnered with Merchants United to analyze each client’s current billing, negotiate better rates, and switch to transparent pricing models. This included recovering up to 100% of surcharges and ensuring no hidden monthly or setup fees.
  • The result: Clients saved between 0.4–1.5% per transaction, resulting in hundreds or thousands of dollars per month in reclaimed revenue — all while maintaining seamless card acceptance. This enabled local businesses to reduce operating costs and improve bottom lines.
